We walk the space, talk through tile choice, pattern, and grout, and lay out the job before any tile is cut.

Surface prep and waterproofing

Substrate is prepped flat and clean. Showers and wet areas get a waterproofing membrane before tile goes on.

Tile installation

Tile is set with the right mortar for the material, with consistent spacing and clean cuts at edges and transitions.

Grouting

Grout joint sized to the tile. Grout is mixed, applied, and cleaned before it sets.

Caulk and finish

Color-matched caulk at change-of-plane joints and transitions. Sealing applied to natural stone.

Final walkthrough

Site cleaned and a final walkthrough done with you before we consider the job complete.
