Full door unit installation
Pre-hung unit set plumb and level, shimmed and secured properly.
Trim and casing
Interior casing removed, replaced or reinstalled. Exterior casing replaced, caulked, and painted.
Hardware
Locksets, deadbolts, handles, and hinges installed.
Weatherstripping and threshold
New weatherstripping, threshold, and door sweeps on exterior doors.
Frame repair
Rot addressed before the new door goes in. A new door in a rotted frame fails quickly — we don't do it.

How a Door Replacement Goes
Measurement and assessment
We measure the existing opening, evaluate frame condition, and confirm whether a slab or pre-hung replacement is the right approach.
Door selection
We help you choose material, style, swing, glass, and hardware that fit the home and the climate.
Removal
Old door, frame, and trim removed cleanly with the surrounding wall and finishes protected.
Installation
Pre-hung unit set plumb and level, shimmed, fastened, and insulated with low-expansion foam around the frame.
Trim and hardware
Interior and exterior casing installed. Locksets, deadbolts, hinges, and weatherstripping fit and adjusted.
Finish work
Caulking, paint touch-up, and final adjustment so the door operates and seals correctly.
