Custom bookshelves, window seats, mudroom benches, entertainment centers, and storage units built to fit the specific space.

Framing repairs

Structural framing — sistering damaged joists, repairing notched or cut framing, and correcting improper modifications from previous owners. Common in older Metro Detroit homes.

Deck and porch framing

Framing built to code with properly sized members and correct fasteners.

Subfloor repair

Squeaky floors, soft spots, and damaged subfloor sections. Most squeaks are a fastener problem — re-fastening eliminates them without tearing up the finished floor.

Attic hatches and access panels

Properly framed and finished attic hatches, crawl space access, and plumbing access panels.

Finish Carpentry

The visible work — trim, molding, built-ins, doors. Requires precise cuts, tight joints, and clean installation.

Rough Carpentry

Structural — framing, subfloor, sheathing. Needs to be sound, square, and properly fastened.
